Barrels carried past the point where a number on the label would tell you anything worth knowing. They come down when the cask says so, not when the calendar does.
Single Barrels
One cask, once
Drawn and bottled on its own terms, uncut by any other barrel. What comes out is all there is, and the next one will be a different whiskey entirely.
Rarified Vintages
Earliest fills
Holdbacks from the first barrels we laid down, and from mash bills we no longer run. Quantities are counted in bottles, not cases.

Come to the rackhouse, taste through, and take the whole barrel — proofed to your preference and marked for your occasion.

A birth-year cask, a commemorative bottling, something set aside for a milestone still a few years out. Sometimes the answer is yes.
Availability is never published. What is in the rackhouse on the day you write is the only honest answer we have — so write.
